Two-Hour Practical Assessment — Business Analyst & IT Automation

  • Job Context

    <h3>Purpose</h3><p>This controlled two-hour assessment evaluates practical business analysis, AI automation, risk control, and QA skills. It is for shortlisted candidates only and is not a job offer.</p><h3>Time limit</h3><p>Complete the work within two hours from the start time agreed by email. Submit links and evidence through the application form before the deadline.</p>

  • Job Responsibility

    <h3>Practical task</h3><ol><li>Choose one real but non-confidential InnovAI workflow such as lead intake, candidate screening, customer inquiry triage, or ERP task creation.</li><li>Map the current process, inputs, outputs, users, risks, and approval points.</li><li>Design an improved automation using suitable tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or a safe equivalent.</li><li>Create a small proof of concept using dummy data only.</li><li>Prepare a QA/UAT checklist with at least five test cases, including one failure case and one security case.</li><li>Submit a concise report, workflow diagram, proof link or screenshots, assumptions, limitations, and recommended next step.</li></ol>

  • Educational Requirement

    <p>No specific degree is required. The candidate must demonstrate structured thinking, clear communication, and the ability to learn independently.</p>

  • Experience Requirement

    <p>Experience in business analysis, ERP, process automation, AI workflows, APIs, n8n, Make, Zapier, QA, or project coordination is relevant. Claims must be supported by evidence where possible.</p>

  • Additional Requirement

    <h3>Mandatory safety rules</h3><ul><li>Do not use real client data, passwords, API keys, verification codes, financial details, or confidential InnovAI information.</li><li>Do not purchase paid services or contact clients.</li><li>Do not send automated external messages or make production changes.</li><li>Mark all assumptions clearly. Do not invent results.</li><li>Human approval must be included before any external action.</li></ul><h3>Evaluation</h3><p>Process analysis 20%; automation design 20%; working proof 20%; security and approvals 15%; QA/UAT 15%; clarity and evidence 10%.</p>
