AI & Business Automation Internship

Six-month applied automation pathway. Weeks 1-4: workflow mapping, repetitive-work discovery, documentation and ERPzy onboarding. Weeks 5-8: forms, sheets, email, CRM/ERP automation, Make.com, n8n and Zapier concepts. Weeks 9-12: lead capture, confirmations, reminders, customer support, reporting, content scheduling, AutoPost.Marketing, AI assistants, webhooks, APIs, filters, errors, privacy and ROI. Week 13: human readiness gate. Weeks 14-17: supervised prototypes and approved internal workflows. Weeks 18-21: controlled lead, reporting and process automations with monitoring and documentation. Weeks 22-23: final automation solution and portfolio. Week 24: evaluation and graduation review. Never connect sensitive accounts, use live customer data, alter production workflows or expose credentials without explicit approval.

Accepted interns receive a minimum-permission Intern account in the Innovai ERPzy workspace, a mentor, daily tasks and weekly reviews. Every task includes objective, steps, deadline, deliverable, evidence, rubric and approval restrictions. Evidence and progress must be recorded in ERPzy. Assessment: external learning 15%, assignments 30%, ERPzy documentation 15%, quality 10%, supervised work 15%, final project 10%, conduct 5%; minimum 70%. Certification requires the full six months, approved mandatory work, portfolio, supervised stage, conduct compliance and final Innovai management approval. Early completion does not shorten the duration. The AI may organize, remind and recommend, but may not finally accept/reject, grant sensitive access, approve payments or commissions, publish client work, remove an intern or issue a certificate. Inactivity is flagged after 2, 4, 7 and 14 days for graduated reminders and human review. Qualified referrals recorded in ERPzy may receive an individually approved commission, typically 20%-30% after client payment.
